Set in 90s Turkey, you take over your father’s small toast shop in a remote roadside spot while he’s away. You are job? Keep the business going by making toasts for the customers that wander in. But things get weird as mysterious events start happening around you, adding an eerie vibe to what should be a simple gig. Fruitbus
In Tostchu, you’re the temporary manager of this toast buffet, working through late nights when the shop is busiest. The entire game takes place within the buffet’s walls which include a small living area a walk in fridge and the service counter. Each day, you lift the shop’s shutter, take customer orders, make toast, earn some money, then close up and order ingredients for the next day. The rhythm is simple but keeps you on you are toes.
As you get into the routine, strange occurrences start popping up around the shop. Through customer conversations, the chatter on your radio, and even your own eyes, you might begin to notice odd happenings that hint at something more lurking around your father’s humble toast shop.
