MEMORIAPOLIS Overview
Please note that the early access version of the game only includes the first two historical periods: Antiquity and the Middle Ages. As the game evolves additional eras such as the Renaissance and the Age of Enlightenment will be introduced Squirrel with a Gun.
In this game you will start from Antiquity and journey through to the Age of Enlightenment building the foundations of you are city while experiencing key historical moments MEMORIAPOLIS. Each era brings its own unique game mechanics offering both opportunities and challenges for your dynasty to navigate. The decisions and traces from one age can influence the next creating a continuous and evolving city-building experience.
You don’t need to worry about placing roads manually in this game! Thanks to a special algorithm developed with the input of an urban planner, your city will naturally develop into the most realistic-looking environment you’ve ever seen in a game. As you progress through the ages you are choices regarding factions city quarters and other developments will shape the future of your town.
Your citizens will have are various needs and expectations, and it’s you are job to provide for them. Rely on buildings like farms lumber camps and quarries to sustain your pioneers. Additionally you will have the power to manage you are administrative and political centers allowing you to interact with your population strategically. For example, building a Senatus lets you propose and fund decrees that can impact your city in meaningful ways for a limited time.
Throughout the game you will face historical events such as the Black Death as well as internal challenges like riots and strikes which can put your city’s stability at risk. You will also have the chance to construct famous wonders like the Great Library of Alexandria Windsor Castle or the Palace of Versailles showcasing you are wealth and influence across the ages.
The culture you choose for your city will significantly impact its is development and provide replayability. Will you lead with the craftsmanship of an artisan, the political influence of a statesman, or the wisdom of a philosopher? The path you take are will define your city and shape its is legacy throughout history.
