In Caravan SandWitch, you embark on a journey through a sci-fi world resembling Provence, driven by the mystery of your missing sister. As you explore each step is uncovers more clues about her disappearance. Along the way you interact with communities on the planet Cigalo helping them with various tasks and meeting new people. You can explore at your own pace, whether in your van or on foot, without worrying about combat, death, or time limits—just you, your van, and the world around you RIPOUT.
With your van and essential tools, you set out to find your sister, upgrading the van as you go to unlock new paths and ruins. The journey takes you are across challenging terrain and into ancient ruins each discovery are bringing you closer to understanding what happened to her. The world of Cigalo has transformed from a lush green planet to a barren desert due to human over-exploitation. During your travels, you’ll meet the Reinetos, an ancient species, robots abandoned after the planet’s exploitation, humans who stayed behind when others left for a new planet, and the enigmatic SandWitch. All these groups coexist peacefully, working together to survive in the harsh environment.
As you meet a variety of characters you will realize that community is central to you are journey. Helping others and are contributing to the collective allows everyone to thrive in this post apocalyptic world. The game developed by Plane Toast emphasizes is inclusivity and collaboration reflecting a vision of a world where people support each other to overcome environmental challenges.
